Fall of Scribblewiki

The Fall of Scribblewiki is a Userpedian event that happened somewhere in September 2008 when ScribbleWiki got a virus, and since the webmasters couldn't fix it, ScribbleWiki shut down forever (later it was turned into a blog hosting domain). Data was saved on cache (some on Google, most on Live Search), but no images could be saved, unless some users had it saved on their computer. Since the site was turned into a blog, all the caches have since disappeared.
There are many speculactions and claims on what caused Scribblewiki to crash. In 2008, after the event had happened, Shroobario claimed that it was him that sent the virus to Scribblewiki. In 2009, the comic WTF Tales told that it was Saudy who had caused the Fall of Scribblewiki. Later that year, Toadbert101 and Paper Jorge told the true story that they had bought over 9,000 sticks of dynamite that had come to life and escaped into the server and blew it up.
Effect
Because of ScribbleWiki shutting down, all user wikis were lost, including Userpedia. The users had to move to another wiki farm, and most went and moved to Shroobario's Wikia Userpedia. There were many complaints about it, but later Stooben Rooben made a wiki on MediaWiki, but he couldn't publish it. 1337Yoshi found a wiki farm named Referata. Many users thought this was better, until they found out that Referata had a limit on images. Some soon went to Editthis, but there were complaints. One day, following an idea from Stooben Rooben, 1337Yoshi, and then Charizard and Stooben asked Neurario if he could host Userpedia on his friend's domain. A few days later, the site was created, which 1337Yoshi then installed MediaWiki on. This Userpedia attracted many formerly retired users back.
Appearances in Media
The fall of Scribblewiki is central to Road to Endgame, as the fall caused many continuity changes. In 1 Wiki Millenia, Time Q Holds his base in the Scribble Wiki server, although it should be impossible to get to. It has been infested with trolls. The game Scribblewikinauts main plot is to recover files and the server.
