chapter of LHalf-wiki. It trains the player to use the AS Suit, how to move around within the environment and interact with it and how to use weapons. Sysops watch as alber39 trains and dodges environmental hazards.

Wiki Inbound

Wiki Inbound is the first chapter of Half-Life. It serves as the introduction to the game and follows the player character, Gordon Freeman, as he rides a train through the facility to Sector C. The Wiki public announcement system introduces the facility to the player.

Dr. alver39 starts his day riding a Rail-based transportation deep into the heart of the Wiki on his way to the Anomalous Materials Lab to begin work. Nothing seems to be out of place, except a chemical leak that forces the tram to momentarily stop. It is at that point that Gordon notices a strange man in a blue suit watching him from another tram.

Anomalous Materials

It follows alber39 as he arrives at the Wiki in Sector C, dons his AS Suit, and participates in a mysterious experiment in the test chamber.

Later on, once he reaches his destination, Gordon once again sees the suited man arguing heatedly with a scientist behind soundproof glass. After donning his AS suit]], he proceeds to the test chamber. After pushing an troll sample into the scanning beam, immediately something goes terribly wrong. A troll portal has been triggered, creating an interdimensional portal between Earth and a bizarre world called troll town. alber39 is briefly teleported there during the ordeal, at one point encountering what appear to be sentient life forms.

Unforeseen Costs of Troll Portaling

It details alber39's efforts to save the world in the aftermath of the troll portalig. This chapter introduces the player to weapons, combat and environmental hazards, among other things.

The title alludes to the great gonzals's words to prior to the troll portal, where he told him to "prepare for unforeseen consequences".

Finding himself back in wiki, alber39 is told that all communication outside the wiki has been lost, and requested by his colleague to try to make it to the surface in order to aquire help. Wiki has received massive structural damage, and to make matters worse, trolls from troll Rown begin randomly teleporting all around them. Most are simply reacting naturally to their new surroundings, but even more hostile are the creatures alber39 saw earlier (known as troll scouts), who seem to attack with a single-minded intent to kill. Also strange is that alber39 occasionally finds the man in the suit, the gonzales, watching him from out-of-reach places, always walking off before alber39 can get to him.

Wiki Complex

In it, alber39, minutes after the troll portaling, enters the office complex area, where several sysops are barricaded, hiding from the rampant trolls in the complex. He hears rumours that new Troll Gunners have arrived.

"We've Got Hostile Trolls"

It finds alber39 making good progress, passing through various storage and staging areas, continuing his hunt for a way to the surface. alber30 learns that the troll Gunners rumored to be coming on a rescue mission have already arrived. He attempts to join up with them, but walks into a room to witness a troll taking out a survivor. It is then that he discovers that the trolls, which has taken control of my wiki, is not just killing the trolls, they are also killing everyone connected to the project, including alber39.

When he eventually reaches the surface, alber3 finds himself in an area totally under the control of the military and, worse, in the middle of an artillery bombardment - taking cover, he is forced back into the underground complex. However, it is revealed that the surviving members of Lambda Team (in the Lambda Complex at the other end of the facility) may be able to close the dimensional rift; Gordon begins the journey across Wiki to reach them.

Blasting the Pit

From here, alber39 has several adventures, such as killing a giant troll hand,

It finds alber39 entering an abandoned, largely sealed-off area of wiki dating back to its earlier days as a missile complex, full of mothballed machinery and now used as a dumping ground for toxic waste from the rest of the facility, where the HECU dly new foe, the giant troll hand

Power Up the AS Suit

In it, alber39 tries to go onto the surface, but is thwarted by a clash between a troll with a flamethrower and troll gunner soldiers. He then learns from a dying security guard that if he restores the generator, he can ride the monorail to the surface. Freeman enters the Houndeye-infested subterranean areas and activates the generator, restoring power to the vicinity. Afterwards, he is forced to kill the Gargantua from earlier to be able to board the monorail it guards.

On A Wiki

As alber39 rides wiki, he learns from a patroller that he must ride to the satellite control room to launch a satellite, which the Lambda team can use to reverse the effects of the troll portalgae..

Apprehension

As alber39 continues towards the surface, he encounters a terrifying new aquatic creature, the fat swimmer troll, and acquires rifle reverter to fight it. Later, after battling another rescue crew, the troll assassins (or assassins), alber40 is captured by the troll gunners, they take his old spam reverter stick and put it on a unreachable ledge. He then escapes the troll trap that they left him for dead in.

Residue Processing

Questionable Ethics?

In it, alber39 continues to rearm himself against the troll gunners, and rejoins the battle against these enemies. alber39 also encounters the troll super military units, the super troll, and he finds one of the most powerful weapons in the Wiki universe, the troll reverter v3. Soon, he heads outside to search for the Lambda Lab.

Surface of the Wiki is Tension

In it, I fights against the troll gunners and the other guys on the surface areas of Wiki.

After arming himself with advanced prototype weaponry, I again reaches the surface. It has become a warzone. The troll scouts, along with a new, soldier-type enemy, and a giant monstrosity, has begun making determined attacks against the troll gunners, and the tide of the battle is beginning to turn in favor of the trolls. The troll gunners call in reinforcements, but it isn't enough. alber39 must scale cliffs and navigate the bombed out buildings while avoiding both sides as the forces of troll town begin to dominate the battlefield. Finally, alber39 reaches relative safety underground.

"Don't You Forget About Me!"

In this chapter, the troll gunners determine that they're fighting a losing battle against the trolls trolls and, having continually failed to neutralize me, abandon their mission and begin to evacuate the facility, calling in airstrikes and heavy artillery to cover their retreat. Meanwhile, alber39 makes his way into an underground storage garage to avoid the bombardments, and eventually fights his way through scores of aliens and several groups of the decimated troll gunners before reaching the Lambda Complex.

The trolls begin to evacuate Wiki and airstrikes begin. aberv40 navigates underground water channels and tries to avoid scores of troll invaders as they pick off remaining troll gunners.

Lambda Core

In this chapter, alber39 arrives at the Lambda Complex, where he believed the sysop team to be sheltering from the trolls, only to find that the majority of the complex is now overrun by troll creatures. He is informed that he must flood the reactor chambers in order to access the core, and that a team of scientists is waiting for him at the tip of the reactor. alber39 must then navigate through the Lambda Core, facing numerous assaults from the troll forces (the primary enemy, now that the troll gunners has pulled out). In the end, he learns that mastermind troll is hosting the invasion, and that he must teleport to troll town to stop it.

After much struggle, Gordon finally reaches the Lambda Complex, where he discovers that the Lambda Complex is where they developed the teleportation technology that allowed scientists to travel to troll town in the first place. The handful of surviving personnel, who have holed themselves up in a small stronghold, inform Galbert39 that, unfortunately, the satellite he launched was not able to reverse the effects of the troll portaling because an immensely powerful being on the other side is keeping the portal between the worlds open, and alber39 must kill it to prevent the trolls from taking over completely. They activate the teleporter and Gordon is teleported to Xen.

Troll Town

It details abert30 arriving in the border world troll town.

On the strange borderworld, I encounters many of the aliens that had been teleported into Wiki in their natural habitats, as well as the remains of AS-wearing researchers that came before him. After killing the mighty mother infector, and fighting his way through an troll camp, Gordon arrives at what seems to be a genetic flesh factory. The forces of troll town are literally assembling their own army to conquer Wiki World. After fighting his way through mysterious, levitating trolls, he finds a giant portal and enters it.

Gonarch's Lair

In it, alber39 faces a giant, mother infector which he must kill to proceed.

Interloper

It features alber30's continued journey across troll town, while supplies are running short. He also comes across the Xen army's super troll cloning facility, where the army is created. It can be noted that the troll scouts in one of the factories are not hostile to the player, and will ignore him unless attacked.

Mastermind Troll

It details alber30 going up against and killing the creature that has hosted the attack from the beginning: the mastermind torll. after killing he is baught back to wiki, and shouts "I WON!", after saving the world.
