Marioguy1 is a User on the Super Mario Wiki, the current Steward of Userpedia, and a Global Moderator on its respective Forum. He was made the co-director of The 'Shroom's Pipe Plaza Team by Super Mario Bros.. He actively edits wikis and is a constant visitor to the Chatroom and forums. He has his own chatroom, #marioguychat, where the access list is full of his best friends and his other nicknames.

Bio
Discovering Wikia
When Marioguy1 was just an IP Address, he discovered Wikipedia on a school project. Once he got the game LEGO Star Wars (the video game), he began to like Star Wars and read about it on Wikipedia.. Wikipedia linked him to Wookiepedia, where he read for the next couple weeks. Finally, he became an editor on Wookiepedia and a nuisance to other users. He was told off by several users and was finally blocked for being a sockpuppet of a user he never sockpuppeted. Being blocked triggered a lifelong hate of his blocker, Graestan. So far, he has, on multiple occasions, made Graestan's life miserable.
Millions of Wikis
He finally found the link to central Wikia and went on lots of wikis gradually improving his skills at editing. He started his voyage at the LEGO Batman wiki and moved on to other wikis like Batman and LEGO Indiana Jones (he was blocked on LEGO Star Wars thanks to Graestan). Finally he quit those wikis and concentrated fully on the Pokémon wiki. He was blocked there developing another lifelong hatred against Captain Vas. He does not hate any user who blocks him, only the ones who don't give good reasons. After being blocked there, he ventured to Bulbapedia and got a new username. There he became a very good editor until he was driven into inactiveness by wikia. Wikia lured him with the Webkinz Wiki where he eventually move up to a Bureaucrat and extended his reach over to the Webkinz Fanon Wiki. He became Bureaucrats on both and improved them greatly. He has also founded two wikis. On one other wiki, he is a bureaucrat and on another, he is a sysop.
Mariowiki
He eventually met the Mario Wikia which led him through a lot of vandalism to the Super Mario Wiki. There he has become an editor with over 1,500 edits. On that wiki he has made several Proposals for very important things according to him and has a very logical view of things.
2 Hours of Restoration (Sysophood) and Patrollerhood!
On October 4th 2009, Marioguy1 was promoted to the rank sysop on Userpedia for two or so hours due to Jorge hacking Tabuuownsall132x2's account. Marioguy1 found out about his promotion via chat and immediately began restoring pages nuked by Jorge/Tabuu. Due to his past experiences on other wikis, he knew how to restore and restored a grand total of 50 pages, 535 revisions. He was later demoted to a regular user by Stooben Rooben. A few weeks later, the administrators of Userpedia agreed to bring the Patroller ranking back and decided to promote Marioguy1 for his dedication and activity, as well as his breif experience as a Sysop.
Brush With Inactivity
November 1st, 2009 (The day after Halloween), Super Mario Bros. went on hiatus for over a year. Marioguy1 was greatly affected by this declaration and he was crying for over an hour about SMB. He told himself that he was probably going to quit wikis so he went on one last time to say goodbye but there he met two users; Stooben Rooben and Time Q who showed him that there was more to the world than just SMB so he became very nice again though he would still always remember SMB. However, SMB returned the next day due to multiple hacking issues.
The Other Wikis
Marioguy1 has joined three other wikis and been promoted on two of them as well. The first of these wikis is Jorge's B-KWiki where he was promoted to sysop by Jorge himself when Maria Thalia attacked the wiki with many sockpuppets and he was the final one at the end who deployed the nukes and finished her off.
Eventually, MG1 joined the Animal Crossing Wiki which was owned by Yoshario and welcomed himself then complemented himself on his signature. Since then he has not edited on that wiki though he talks about it to Yoshario.
More Promotions
Marioguy1 was promoted to sysop by Katana and was then given Checkuser by Stooben Rooben and then used his powers to help move the wiki into the fiction namespace and was later on promoted to G-mod on the forums. Interestingly, during both of these promotions, SMB said to MG1 on chat "Hello Mr. Sysop" or "Hello Mr. G-mod".
Personality
Marioguy1 is a very dedicated user and works very hard on helping any user who asks him for it. He has helped multiple users in the past and has so far provided a very logical insight into all proposals and questions. He tries to look at all sides of things and then make an extremely long paragraph describing it all. He is very strict when talking to users that aren't his friends and has developed multiple personalities, they are shown by how he talks to different people and on different wikis.

Super Mario Bros.
Marioguy1 has extreme loyalty to Super Mario Bros. and will always be at his side offering him advice as to how to go by his problems. Super Mario Bros. was the first user Marioguy1 spoke to and is his best wiki-friend ever. Marioguy1 thinks Super Mario Bros. is a very able editor who deserves all good things that come to him.

It Began With a Dream
Marioguy1 appeared as a minor character and author of the story It Began With a Dream. In it he and Super Mario Bros. went together on a mission to save Ralphfan from the trolls. Ralphfan was lost so MG1 and SMB figured out Rudnicki's, under the influence of the Mastermind Troll, master plan to take over the mind of everyone in the wiki world and turn them into trolls. Then MG1 deactivated the machine and returned just in time to almost get destroyed by the Mastermind Troll and be saved by Porplemontage.

Trivia
- Marioguy1 has become an editor on 20 wikis in total, a Bureaucrat on five, an admin on two and a rollback on one.
- Marioguy1 was the last of the three users that were promoted temporarily to stop Jorge/Tabuu (Tucayo, Fleep and him) to be demoted after the restoration was complete.
- On December 12th, 2009 Marioguy1 and Edofenrir had the exact same editcount (5,015) on the mariowiki.
- Interestingly, both were online at that time and in the Chatroom.
