The Pikachu Doll is a non-user and pet belonging to Koopa-Paratroopa. He hasn't appeared in a comic yet but is set to appear in the game The Reverse Dimension.

History
The Pikachu Doll was once a normal Pikachu plushie that got shipped to Turtwig's Toyz. KPT was trying to make a machine that would turn plushies into real beings, so he randomly picked it as the subject. After loading it in the machine, KPT, being teh fumbling idiot that he is, accidentally put fur from the Tails Doll instead of Pikachu. The machine fused Tails Doll's DNA with the plushie and the Pikachu Doll was born. After KPT taught the babylike doll about Userpedia and such, the Pikachu Doll chose to live in Koopa Castle, helping KPT with building the Mario Kart Kingdom and basically doing what he pleases.
Personality
The Pikachu Doll is a slightly erratic mix of personalities. It is usually very happy-go-lucky like it's creator, and enjoys pranking people as much as the Tails Doll, which is helped by its mild psychic and electrical powers. However, due to KPT calling it kawaii on numerous occasions(and it is), the Pikachu Doll is slightly vain, preferring to keep itself clean and kawaii. However, he is also deadly seriosu sometimes, going so far as to threaten people with a machine gun to get what it wants.

Powers
The Pikachu Doll has some slight psychokinetic powers, but is much better at it's electrical abilities, such as:
- Creating lightning clouds
- Homing lightning bolts
- Creating swords made from electricity
- A barrier that can reflect energy-based attacks
