The Blue Dragon, originally referred to as MegaMario9910 when he first joined; Palkia47 as his first name change; and Galactic Metal after his second name change. He is a one year Veteran of both Wikis & Forums; whereas he joined the MarioWiki Forums & MarioWiki on Febraury 22nd, 2008. Since then, he's been a contributing user to both wikis (mostly Userpedia now), whereas he even gained the rank of Bureacrat on UP (and Admin on UP's Forums). He also has a crush on Super Luigi! Number one!.

History
Founding
TBD (MegaMario at this point) had found MW by SMBHQ (Super Mario Bros. Headquarters), which was a site he used to go to a lot. Later; he discovered the MW link and eventually stayed at the MW as a Guest; mostly just to view Super Smash Bros. Brawl pages, which was close to coming out at the time. After awhile; he soon joined the MW Forums, where he met users such as PaperStriker, Glowsquid, and ChaosNinji. He joined the Wiki a few hours after.
The First Spammer
On March 8th, 2008; the first troll attack that MM9910 experienced happened on that day. The Goomba had kept making a 'toilet-related' article; which was being reverted over and over again. After awhile, MM9910, Grapes, and SmartyGuy11; still reverting the article, had warned the nearest Sysop, which was Paper Jorge. The Goomba was blocked; and MM9910 & Jorge became friends (and MM9910 also met Stooben Rooben that day).
Middle Story
MM9910 had taken the position of Quiz writer for the Shroom, but ended up doing only two issues, and then quit. Xzelion took his place.
Palkia appears in Indiana Jorge as Jorge's rival for some part of the story, yet as his ally for later on. It is revealed he was in Wiki War II with Jorge and that Jorge and him spied on the spammers.
Palkia47
During his time at the Wiki; he grew tired of the name 'MegaMario9910'. Soon, he requested his name changed to what he would be for a long time; 'Palkia47'. Soon, he met Luigi001 (who would later change his name to Z3r0 Tw0. )
On September 17, 2008, for the first time, Palkia had entered Chat. Upon entering, his first word was 'Ohai'.
General Palkgius
On an unknown date in late October, Palkia47 retired from the MarioWiki, stating that he might come back. In early November, he decided to un-retire and return to the MW, only to retire again in two weeks.
During the time period when he was "retired", Palkia47 gained a promotion on Userpedia and its Forums. Afterwards, he became active on Chat, coming on almost everyday.
Then an alter ego was created, given the name "General Palkgius", as it was a pun on Fire Emblem's "General Zelgius". This alter ego is usually used for Chat fights. Sometimes, he'll turn into "The Palkia Knight", as a pun on Fire Emblem's "The Black Knight".
In Chat, he is referred to as a "big idiot", when he killed RedFire Mario, which, since RFM was called a moron, the world ended. In this little joking around, Palkia is referred to as the idiot, RFM is referred to as the moron, and DarkHero Sonic the Dark is referred to as the retard and/or the dork. Paper Yoshi is referred to as 'The Stupid'.
The Blue Dragon
Afterwards, Palkia got another name change. This time to The Blue Dragon, due to his obsession with Fire Emblem. He later un-retired from the Wiki, but on March 15/16, he retired from the wiki, Userpedia, etc. whole. However, he was begged to stay, and which he did.
He 'owns' #packychat and originally owned #palkgiuschat , until TehDman and AATFC took over due to his retirement. After awhile, TBD got owner rights back. And, as usual, abuses his founder powers in his own Chat, alongside others.
After the crash of Userpedia, and the constant moving around, TBD's original story, The Ultimate Crossover (alongside the non-released The Ultimate War) and his original game Into the Wiki Darkness were cancelled.
He has recently started working on his comic The Emblem of the Wiki, alongside his friend and Fire Emblem gamer KingAbra.
He has recently also started the Jackie X Fad, just with a boring picture of Jorge being Jackie Chan, and Beanbean being Hobo Beans. It has also started a picture uproar the day after it started, having nearly two whole pages of Jackie x Fad images. This was later broken by Jorge uploading his comic, Friday Night Live.
Adminship
After Stooben was promoted to Director; TBD was soon promoted to Admin on the Forums, and remained a Bureacrat on UP. He was also demoted from his Operator status in #mariowiki. He then was replaced with Scarecrow von Steuben.
TBD has also started another comic, Jorge...Just Jorge.

Friday Night Live
Palkia/The Blue Dragon has appeared in the talk show 'comic' Friday Night Live. He appeared where Paper Jorge would give whoever logged in to see the show on that episode, would get a "Mac". Palkia, coming onto stage telling Jorge that he wanted a Mac now, later recieved a Big Mac (a burger) from Jorge. Later, a quote from Palkia appeared saying that he enjoyed the Big Mac.
The Emblem of the Wiki
The Blue Dragon will make an appearance in his own comic (alongside KingAbra), The Emblem of the Wiki. His class is an Assassin (actually, his Jaffar form). Currently, his role is unknown.
Fanfic
I Am Tabuu
While not a Userpedia fanfic, TBD appears in Tabuuownsall132x2's fanfic I Am Tabuu.
Equipment
When Palkia was MegaMario, he had a sword named SX and an arm cannon. Now in his Palkia days, he still has his sword, but not his arm cannon. As a replacement, Palkia now also carries a gun with grenades in them.
These grenades are able to blow up almost everything. His sword is able to slash through almost everything. In his Fire Marth form, he still has SX, but now its called Flame SX. SX stands for Sword X, as MM's original character design was a Mega Man X.
As if now, being in his Palkia state, SX is now the Sword of Space, and his gun of grenades is called Gun of Grenades, or sometimes called The Space Grenades.
The names come from his own character, as Palkia is the God of Space. The Sword of Space is able to cut through space, while the Gun of Grenades is allowed to blow up anything in space, even the most biggest stars, moons, or anything else.
The Sword of Space is often abbreviated SoS, while the Gun of Grenades is GoG.
His tail is a strongly powered weapon of his body. As its covered in flames, it can whack any enemy and nearly turn them into ashes. It is called The Flame Tail (normally just called Flame Tail). When swung, a brush of flames is followed, as the tail is covered by a ring of fire.
In his face, there a few spikes, able to somewhat protect his face if an attack hits his face. These spikes are called the Spikes of Detection.
Palkia had soon changed the name of his sword, now called the Spacenell, a pun on Ike's sword, the Ragnell.
New Equipment
Due to being a type of "Shadow Palkia", he has gained a Dark Sphere attack, but he has lost almost all of his previous weapons. The only weapon that had stayed was the Spacenell, which is now the Ragnell. However, Palkia has managed to gain both the Alondite and the Ettard, causing the Ragnell to be lost (and it's unknown where the sword is currently located).
Recently, he has acquired the powerful lance known as the Rex Hasta (and which he can wield in either General or Wvyern form).
As for his Assassin form, Jaffar; Jaffar wields the Alondite and the Durandal, hinting that the Ettard was lost sometime before.

Kingbowser99
Very strangely, they had met on a talk page. Kingbowser99 doesn't have much memory about that day, but they had put each other as brothers, so they stayed as brothers. They have been best friends ever since.
Charizard
Charizard and Palkia met each other in the chatroom. Charizard remembers that he was one of the first to welcome her. They started talking to each other, about random stuff and Pokemon. Later, they became friends, and Char made a joke which is calling Packy "mommy".
Tabuuownsall132x2
Palkia47 and Tabuuownsall132x2 first met on Tabuu's User Talk on the MarioWiki, where he was alerted that friend lists were not allowed. Later on, they met in chat and became, more or less, friends.
Boozooka
What a way to put it! Get it? PUT it?

When Palkia47 first met Boozooka, the then-troll was still looking for a name. When Boozooka reformed, they became friends. But as Boozooka's troll side returned, the relationship went sour. Eventually, they became friends again as he started to reform again, even though that process is not complete. But after he banned Boozooka from Palkgiuschat, Boozooka got real pissed, and the two haven't spoken since.

Forms
General Palkgius
General Palkgius is an alter ego and the General form of TBD. In this form, he is nearly invincible, and he wields the Alondite, the Ettard (both swords), and the Rex Hasta (lance). His appearance takes form of a Knight with a Palkia head. General Palkgius was originally his most used form, but was then replaced by Ephidel. GP is also the first form used by Palkia.
General Palkgius has appeared in RP's with Gull23, Tabuu, and FireKirby.
Wyvkia
Wyvkia is another alter ego and is the Wyvern form of TBD. In this form, Wvykia has the ability to fly (like his original form), and wields the Rex Hasta. His appearance takes place as a Palkia with wings. Wyvkia has only been used once, resulting in the less-used form.
Wyvkia has only appeared in an RP with FireKirby.
Ephidel
Ephidel is another alter ego and is the magic form of TBD. While in this form, he wields powerful Dark magic, Anima magic, and staves (staffs). He also wields the powerful Gespent and Excalibur. Ephidel's appearance takes place as a dark cloaked man, with a latch holding each one of his spells. These spells include Flux, Luna (both Dark), Elfire, Excalibur (both Anima), Eclipse, Gespent, and Ereshkignal (Dark). His staffs include Restore, Recover, Fortify, and Latona. Ephidel is TBD's most used form as of now. Ephidel is also Palkia's name on the MWiki Forums, and lately, his most used on Chat.
In his RP's with FireKirby, Ephidel is supposedly the main villain. In a recent RP with FK, Ephidel has been seen with eight morphs (dead humans who were brought back to life, yet stronger and have no soul and cannot speak). However, only one of his morphs have died (Kenneth the Bishop). It should be noted that, Ephidel is also a morph.
In these RP's, Ephidel has shown "evilness", yet he respects some (as shown when Kenneth died, when Ephidel said "May you find peace, Kenneth".
Ephidel is also the only seen morph with black hair, gold eyes, and blood-colored lips.
"Ephidel's Theme". (Note: The man at the top in the black cloak in the first scene is the original Ephidel).
Jaffar
Jaffar is an alter ego and is the Assassin form of TBD. In this form, he wields the powerful blades known as the Falchion and the Alondite. His appearance in this form takes place as a head-cloaked mysterious man, with a powerful killing stroke. Jaffar is usually used, but only in RP's with FireKirby.
Jaffar is also known to have the ability to disappear and appear (without using magic and/or teleporting machinery). Jaffar has also recieved the nickname The Angel of Death.
Wolf
Wolf is another alter ego of TBD. He wields the almighty Gravidus (lance) and Arthia (bow). His appearance is a black-armored general with purple hair and a somewhat pale face.
As of now, Wolf has made no appearances; in comics, games, or RP's.
