There are many mini-bosses in Extermanator. The Titan is one of them. Often called the Mother of Standards, it is a giant and spike-covered standard with 3 giant orange eyes. It is often seen with an army of standards and/or Beasts. The Titan is first found in E1M3: Deep Down Covered in Ooze, as the mini-boss surrounded by a pool of sewage. The Titans throw the Beast's wallfire, but does it as quickly as standards. She is also very quick making her lethal against players.
