Turboo, also known as TCY, is a User on the Super Mario Wiki, who is also a chat operator. She resembles Starlow with a red body and a purple star. She is known for her random personality, almost comparable to Totodile3456, for starting the "-_q" fad in the chatroom and introducing users to new sites such as GPX+.
She has been on the Wiki for a year now and has established herself as a rather popular User mostly in chat. She has made various appearances in Friday Night Live and Jorge: Infiltrating the Core and had been set to appear in Master Wikians but the comic was cancelled.
According to Mip II, she is his mother, which raises some questions as to why exactly Mip II was so eager to go on a date with her. Despite the fact, Mip II claims Master Lucario is the father, she married Paper Jorge in July, after GameServ requested the marriage happened. No divorce was necessary, because apparently, Master Lucario never married her.
