UnMarioWiki is a parody of MarioWiki hosted by Wikia. It was created by Knife and co-created by Paper Jorge in the beginning of 2007 (according to the wiki itself it was created by Bill Cosby). It is the Mario Wiki equivalent of Uncyclopedia. It contained lots of fake and joke information, to the point where it became extremely stupid and people lost interest, however a group of non-MarioWiki/Userpedia users continue visiting it and editing it. The wiki contains articles such as Pickles, a Mario cartoon that didn't have Mario, a floating head that hated cupcakes, a series of Mario cards with a Wario card having a (censored) bad word and many other related things.
In late October, Paper Jorge created the Jorge Wiki to be a replacement to the now unsuccessful UnMario, but is making sure to not make it as "stupid and retarded" as UnMario. The mascots of the site are Evil Guy, George W. Bush and Ronald McDonald. Their equivelent of the 'Shroom is Teh Shrug. RapidRocker made a NewUnMarioWiki which was soon destroyed. A group of seven trolls of UnMario Wiki are referred to as the UnMario Gangsters, with another group of five called the UnMario Criminals. The Criminals and Gangsters have appeared in several works of fiction, mainly Jorge's.

History
Beginning
In its start, UnMario was an Editthis website by Knife but after running out of image space, it was moved to Wikia. It was extremely popular and since it was created before Userpedia and the chat, it was called the "MarioWiki's Only Place to Have Fun". Slowly, users began getting bored of it–Plumber decided to go and create Fantendo, a place for fanon ideas on Nintendo games, and later Userpedia was created as well for User content (as UnMario had served as a place for User Content for some time).
Before Scribblewiki was decided as a good host (since, Userpedia had previously been hosted in Editthis), UnMario had been decided as UP's new site. This led to almost every article be deleted, until it was decided to keep UnMario dead and Shroobario discovered Scribblewiki. Most articles were then restored, though UnMario became very inactive in favor of Userpedia.
Revival Project
In 2008, TheGreatBlockyBoo convinced Jorge to return to UnMario for some time, and several users returned and began removing sexual themes and swearing. Jorge then gave up again and left the wiki in charge of Mr. Guy. Wikia users from other wikis began discovering the site and editing it. Around a year later, Mr. Guy retired from UnMario thinking that he should move on and let go of the place. Despite that, he still shows up every once in a while. His replacement are the users named Poff and Tsepelcory, who, according to Mr. Guy, are both not the best replacements as UnMario is now filled with "noobs, idiots and crap".
The War for UnMario
All active users have been promoted to 'crats/sysops (Even some old trolls were promoted), many new articles are unrelated to Mario and some of them are even like something you'd see on Uncyclopedia, other articles are related to stuff like Spongebob, the rest of the articles look something like coding and don't even have an actual subject and even crappy articles are being restored with some stuff against the rules made in the early times of the Wiki (i.e. Your mom jokes and etc.), and there's horrible grammar and spelling.
Mr. Guy got blocked and demoted by Tsepelcory since the account he used was a sockpuppet of his original one on Wikia, merely named Lario. Despite the fact he still is a bureaucrat he can't access the special rights page to repromote himself and then presumbly start something that would be a war-like situation. From there Mr. Guy expects the Wiki's qaulity to decline infinitely, as every day UnMario is becoming more full of the stuff mentioned in the previous paragraph at an alarmingly high rate. However, Sonic Rocks returned using on of Maria Thalia's accounts and, with the account already promoted to being a sysop/'crat, started deleting various pages that have no relevance to the Wiki alongside with Mr. Guy, who finally snapped. In the process some user promoted by Poff were demoted (Although their 'crat statuses couldn't be removed), and Poff and Tsepelcory themselves were demoted and banned. Other users were banned, but some of them got unblocked. During this the majority of the pages deleted were Language pages modtly created by Poff and Tsepelcory for unknown reasons as they were more irrelevant to the Wiki than anything else on there. TheGreatBlockyBoo has also returned to help, but due to real life is unable to be a major part of UnMario's restoration. Just recently Poff's I.P. got unbanned and he overthrew Mr. Guy, Sonic Rocks, Purple Ninjakoopa and some other users, stating that they're all sockpuppets of Lario.
However, Paper Jorge soon noticed what was going on, and planned with Super Mario Bros. and Nina Windia on how to take UnMario back from Poff (who started demoting all administrators and blocking every user). Jorge got his admin powers back through a sockpuppet named Ryu Bateson (as suggested by Alex and SMB). Afterwards, Alex was unbanned and repromoted as well as SMB being promoted to Sysop and Bureaucrat, with Mr. Guy being put back in charge and Poff being blocked for one year. Soon, however, several spam attacks happened (Done by Poff for revenge) and Tsepelcory and Poff managed to get unbanned. After Tsepelcory banned Mr. Guy Tsepelcory himself got banned again... And unbanned. Mr. Guy promoted himself back into the Sysop group and after asking a few questions Poff got banned by Sonic Rocks in the end. Next, more spam attacks happened. Then, Maria Thalia returned with Mr. Guy leaving the same day. However, Maria Thalia then promoted the user Chris McLean (before being demoted by Wikia staff). McLean proceeded to delete many articles in the name of restoring UnMario to an older state. Purple Ninjakoopa then showed up, and demoted McLean, since he appeared to have power abuse due to not asking the users any opinions before going on a deletion rampage.
