Uniju (4th of June 2007 - present) is a User on the Mariowiki. He is a Badnik, one of Eggman's robots. All of his robots are powered by small animals, however, Uniju was accidentally powered by a Lemon.
Uniju is generally believed to be a rather good spriter, with some of the most commonly used examples of his work including his own sprites, and Shift's(also his) sprites, although he usually won't take sprite requests, and will only accept them if they interest him. Uniju is also a frequent presenter in the MarioWiki's anniversary Mario Awards celebration.

Works
Uniju is known to be a rather good Spriter, and has made several comics and such. Although most people don't care, people have stated that Userpedia wouldn't be as it is today if Uniju hadn't joined the wiki, as many of the now well known comics wouldn't exist, and many of the commonly used sprites would have never been made for use in comics at all.
Comics
The Lost Adventures
Probably most notable is The Lost Adventures, an adventure comic that ran from July 2007 until it was canceled part way through the story after Issue 33, which came out on the 7th of February, 2008. During it's run, The Lost Adventures inspired several other people to make comics, such as Pokemon DP's The Shadow Chronicles, which became it's main competitor, along with comics like Toadbert's Doofus Adventures, and later When Sysops Attack! and Legends of the Fallenstar, all of which have many elements that where popularized by The Lost Adventures, although several such elements technically appeared first in Wiki's End, which premiered earlier on the same day as The Lost Adventures.
Kakumei
Although much newer (starting in May 2008 after The Lost Adventures stopped), Kakumei is another rather successful comic, although far less influencing as it itself was largely influenced by The Lost Adventures and other comics. Although reactions to 'Kakumei are generally positive, whether or not it is better than The Lost Adventures is not something everyone can agree on.
Other Fiction
More recently, Uniju made a comic titled G2 SysOp, which had mostly positive responses, but was canceled after a single comic because Uniju didn't like how it turned out, and because of how much people who didn't like it liked to talk about how they didn't like it. Apart from sprite comics, Uniju made stories for MarioWiki's third anniversary celebration, which generally revolved around Uniju running a agency of some kind, and being forced into presenting the Mario awards. Uniju also attempted to continue from these stories in a written story called The Mostly Entertaining DVD Box Set of Uniju, but that was inevitably canceled after one chapter, in a similar manner to G2 SysOp.
Sprites
As previously stated, Uniju is generally regarded as a good spriter, and has made many sprites, including both characters and backgrounds in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga style. When Uniju first got to the MarioWiki, he made Super Mario World style sprites of himself, but was sad when he found out he couldn't get into the upcoming Wiki's End that Paper Jorge was making without Mario & Luigi style sprites. He went on to ask Bottle Wizzerd for sprites, but he never received a full sheet. After this, Uniju made his own Mario & Luigi sprites based on what Bottle Wizzerd made, but these sprites have now been replaced with different sprites. Possibly his most notable work, Uniju also worked on a lot of the backgrounds in New Wikisburg, and him and Snack are the only ones who have ever released New Wikisburg backgrounds as Pokemon DP and Xzelion both dropped off the team. Other related sprites Uniju has made are the sprites of the Mwiki Subway, which he created entirely. Other notable sprites Uniju has made are just about all of the custom sprites used in Kakumei, and the Mecha from G2 SysOp, and several backgrounds and such used in The Lost Adventures. Although because such sprites never tend to be put into sheets, many people simply ignore them and read the comics without bothering about who made the sprites and such.
History
Wiki world History
Uniju was "born" as a robot in a factory built in the ancient ruins of Labyrinth Zone on Easter Island. At the time, Dr. Eggman was worried that Sonic was getting to close to Final Zone, so he had sped up the production of robots by using inferior power sources such as vegetables and fruits, trying to take down Sonic with quantity over quality of robots. However, Sonic destroyed the factory part way through Uniju's programming, and he was left half-programmed in the underground ruins.
Not long after, Sonic used the power of the Chaos Emeralds to defeat Dr. Eggman, and the blast that occured created a dimensional rift through which Uniju went, and wound upin Dry Dry Desert, Mushroom Kingdom. Here, Uniju was brought up by Moustafa. Years later, Uniju harnessed chaos energy left by the blast from Final Zone and warped again, attempting to return to Labyrinth Zone, but ending up in another desert. Thinking he was still in Dry Dry Desert somewhere, he began looking for Dry Dry Outpost, which he never found.
However, he found the ancient Jinatsuu Hido Kotii("Land where the Wind is Dead"), where he met Xzelion and Sadaharu who where travalling from the MarioWiki to the newly created MwUserpedia, and Uniju followed them. Not long after arriving at MwUserpedia, Uniju went back to Jinatsuu Hido Kotii, because Xzelion and Sadaharu told him of Wayoshi's corruption in the MarioWiki, conquering smaller countries and uninhabited areas and for the Super Mario Wiki. So, Uniju rounded up many Shiftes in the area, and re-established the country, calling it Uniju's Realm. Not long after, when Xzelion and Sadaharu set up the first train tracks betwen MarioWiki and Userpedia, a station was placed inbetween them in Uniju's Realm, which helped the small country grow.
About a year later, people in Uniju's Realm struck up controversy over Uniju called the country "Uniju's Realm", instead of Jinatsuu Hido Kotii, and other things that they said where selfish of him, saying that the Shifts should own the land, which had in the past been considered a sacred ground for they're religion, and govern it how they saw fit. Uniju eventually left, and a new government was set up. The Federal Republic of Uniju's Realm fell, being replaced by the Jinatsu Hido Ketra Iilan ju Setsama(The Setsaman(the Shift's religion) Kingdom where the Wind is Dead). Since Wayoshi had long since fallen from power, Uniju left to Italy, a country that was part of the United MarioWikian Nations. Here he continues to suffer from financial troubles, under the MarioWiki's poor economy.
Real History

Uniju first found the MarioWiki in early 2007, but did not make an account. Later, Uniju found it again on the 4th of June of the same year while looking for Mario information and decided to make an account as "Uniju :D". He found very little interest in editing the Wiki itself, but instead went to Userpedia and the Chatroom, where he would become active.
Uniju become widely known on MarioWiki for making the comic The Lost Adventures, which along with Wiki's End was one of the first adventure comics on the Wiki. At first tLA came out slowly, but later on Pokemon DP started a comic called The Shadow Chronicles, which Uniju felt ripped his comic off, and both came out on a daily basis to compete with the other one(see the the section on Rivalry). Eventually, both comics died, and The Lost Adventures ended at 33 issues, coming out incredibly slowly by the time it was canceled.
Rivalry
Later, Uniju would become a rival of sorts for Pokemon DP. Neither of them really knew what started it, but for a long time Pokemon DP had a long list of insults Uniju had said in their arguments on his userpage, many of them broke the MarioWiki's "no swearing" rule, but this was overlooked by the sysops(something Uniju doesn't understand to this day). Eventually, after a climactic battle, Uniju and Pokemon DP settled their differences, and remained on good terms until Pokemon DP would retire from the chatroom in December 2008(however, they still talk to each other on the Xephyr Board). However, these arguments with Pokemon DP lead to a a generally negative attitude towards Uniju by most people on Userpedia, which causes most people to assume Uniju is "just flaming again" whenever he says something that is not positive.
Sometime around these arguments, Uniju was promoted to operator on the chatroom(mostly after Pokemon DP popularized the idea of "back up ops"). Uniju's reputation was only worsened when Pokemon DP and others began calling Uniju "corrupt", and he was eventually demoted. Not that long after, Uniju was re-promoted by Pokemon DP(ironically) and Porplemontage. However, this was short lived, as few people stopped thinking he was corrupt, and the majority of the chatroom got him demoted again after several people came into chat to see Uniju banning someone who had spammed before said people came in, and thought Uniju was making things up.
Luigi K.
Sometime in summer 2008, Uniju got banned from the Userpedia forums for the flaming of the moderators, and as soon as this ban ran out later that year, it was replaced with a permanent ban. Seeing that he had nothing to lose, Uniju made a sockpupped called Luigi K., who was simply the first, longest lived, and most notable of a long series of sockpuppets to come, including one which spammed ChaosNinji(the one who had banned Uniju) with a private message containing a gory image. ChaosNinji gave this as the reason for the ban, despite the picture being sent after Uniju's ban.
Despite the supposedly permanent ban, he was allowed to return to the forums as El Intrepido Rojo.
Stooben Rooben Hack Incident
More recently, another ban on the Userpedia forums and Stooben Rooben's account being hacked by Elvira and being used to ban Uniju on several other sites lead to bad relations between Uniju and Stooben Rooben. These where however resolved rather quickly through the Xephyr Board and private messages.
Later
Eventually, El Intrepido Rojo was banned on the forums, the official reason being flaming. He returned as a sockpuppet, which was blocked as well. The sysops said that Uniju had gotten away with too much over the years. A few hours later, Neurario banned Uniju from Userpedia.

Ujuxin, the Disobedient of Gravity, the eighth member of the Sinister Circle. He is Uniju's Nobody. Like most Nobodies, Ujuxin's physical appearance changed we he came into existence. He, unlike Uniju, only has three buttons; "A", "B", and "C". He sports a black hood, and caries a cleaver of gravity.

- Ujuxin's buttons are based off the Sega Genesis' "A", "B", and "C".
The Lost Adventures
Uniju first appears in Issue 9, and is a member of the GreenMoon. So far he hasn't done much at all in The Lost Adventures.
The Shadow Chronicles
In The Shadow Chronicles, Uniju originally appeared as a minor character, although was major behind the scenes. Apparently, he formed an alliance with Agent DP, and opened his home of Uniju's Realm to all Users who escaped the attack on Leet Town. However, Glowsquid attacked his Castle, and infected him, capturing the Castle. During a conversation with DP, DP found out Uniju was infected, and hurried to stop Xzelion from getting there. Uniju then battled DP later on, when the group reached Uniju's Realm. He used his elemental powers to try and get the best of DP, but unfortunately, he fused his Grass and Fire powers by accident, which ended up putting him on fire. Uniju dropped an odd key as he fell unconscious, which DP took in case it was important.
Wiki's End
In Wiki's End, makes a cameo in Chapter 3. Wayoshi forms a search party so they can search for users that are somehow still alive and are still lost somewhere in the MarioWiki. Uniju joined Wayoshi's search party, a long with Toadbert however they had no luck in finding anyone. Uniju did not get a speaking role.
Legends of the Fallenstar
In Legends of the Fallenstar, many of the characters went to Uniju's Realm to celebrate Uniju's birthday, however Snack had carelessly brought the aliens from the Fallenstar crash site into the castle, spreading them everywhere he walked as they slowly dripped off his shoes. The aliens transformed into the form of Toads, and Snack was labeled as a terrorist by Uniju and locked up with 3Dejong and Max2. However, later everyone thought that Uniju had gone insane and Master Crash used his super powers to defeat Uniju in the end of that comic. However, right after everyone had nearly killed Uniju they found it was all a misunderstanding, and Uniju assisted in trying to safe Uniju's Realm from the Order of Avalon
Kakumei
In Kakumei, Uniju plays the role as one of the terrorists from the Wiki Alliance, and one of the crew members on the Kakumei 03, although he plays one of more minor roles compared to the rest of the Kakumei 03 crew. However, Uniju is also a scientist, one of the people who where in charge of overseeing the creation of the Kakumei 03, making him one of the most important characters in the comics back story. Uniju acts as the chief of security and one of the top strategists on the Kakumei 03, but often makes cruel jokes that make Xzelion threaten to demote him.
Wiki Crisis
Uniju appears in Wiki Crisis alongside 1337Yoshi hiding in the abandoned Ultimate Cafe. His realm has been taken over by trolls, making him poor and desperate enough to go along with any plan just to get some food.
G2 SysOp
In the short lived G2 SysOp, Uniju was a scientist working for Orange Weapons Inc., and the head of the team that developed SALVADOR. Also possibly notable is that G2 SysOp is one of the few times Uniju is ever seen using his buttons as something other than a weapon, as in this he is seen using them to type on a computer.
Powers and Abilities
"Buttons"
Uniju appears as a Orbinaought or "Unidus" from the Sonic the Hedgehog series, however the spiked orbs around him that the Unidus would throw at Sonic or other characters have been replaced by video game controller buttons, A, B, Y, and X. Contrary to most appearances, canonically they don't have special powers but if they're thrown at an enemy hard enough they will literally explode on the person.
In The Shadow Chronicles, a few of the buttons had different effects. "A" fired a jet of ice, "Y" fired a ball of electricity, "B" used the power of nature to control a vine rope, and "X" shot a powerful ball of fire.
Dimension Powers
Possibly because he has gone through different dimensions before, several things show Uniju as having powers such as being able to create wormholes that suck in his enemies, and other powers related to alternate universes and such. These powers first appeared in Super Smash Bros. Rumble, a game from the old userpedia by Max2 that got deleted, and possibly one of the first Super Smash Bros.-style games on userpedia sites. Although the main article was deleted, the article on "Assisto"s, the game's form of Assist Trophies (which Uniju was) remains on the old userpedia.
