Userpedia:Featured Articles

Userpedia is now the proud host of Featured Articles. Because Userpedia is growing in size, our articles are too; thus, we have created a way to acknowledge our well-written articles. Before nominating an article for featured status, it must meet the following requirements:
- Be well-written. Poor grammar and lack of detail will not get an article featured.
- Be at least 2,500 bytes in length. Articles must be long enough to be featured. If there isn't much to say in an article, then posting it on the Main Page is not good judgement.
- Be free of notice templates. Articles must not have images or rewrites needed; any other type of notice template will automatically disqualify a FA's nomination.
- Have an adequate amount of images for the amount of text in the article.
- Have a quote. (If it is a user article.)
- Be written in a non-biased way.
Additionally, when voting for nominated articles, you must follow these rules:
- Do not make a biased vote; these will be removed. Give a vote explaining why the article should be featured.
- Give reasons why you think the article should be nominated. Even if it is a 'per' vote.
- The same rules apply to oppose votes.
Additionally, an article must have no oppose votes to be featured, and must have at least 3 support votes. If after one week, this requirement is met, your article will be featured and placed on the Main Page. When your article successfully becomes featured, move the page from "Userpedia:Featured Articles/N/Article Name" to "Userpedia:Featured Articles/P/Article Name".
Formatting a FA Nomination Page
When you create a Featured Article nomination page, please format it in the following way.
